Send us an email to  contact@doggielawn.com WITHIN 48 hours of delivery* along with a picture to report the incident and we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

* Damaged product must be reported via email WITHIN 48 hours of delivery by the carrier and must be accompanied by a picture to allow us to file a claim. Track your order at FedEx.com. Tracking numbers are emailed by end of day Wednesday the week your DoggieLawn ships.
